Tuesday, 9/21: Independent reading--chart how many pages you read in the upside down section of your WNB AND finish reading all examples of five minute fiction. Come prepared to discuss stylistic choices you want to "borrow"--due Wednesday, 9/22.
Wednesday, 9/22: Revise your "I am from poem" with teacher edits. Bring in ALL drafts of the poem--due Friday, 9/24. **Be sure to bring in your independent reading book for tomorrow's first all school reading period.
Thursday, 9/23: Bring in your 1st, 2nd, and final draft of your poem--due Friday, 9/24.
Friday, 9/24: Bring in 3 copies of your typed first draft of your five minute fiction piece--due Monday, 9/27.
